I knew that the customer service skills I picked up working in a British Gas call centre when I was 18 would one day pay off...that and my 7 years experience as a Senior PA within the Professional Services Industry that made me super-organised (even if I do say so myself). Fortunately Datasouth clients are nothing like the irate British Gas ones I used to deal with so I thoroughly enjoy being the first port of call for support and advice. My administrative background also means I am pretty darn good at multi-tasking and can look after the office admin, financials and pay the wages (which makes me a very popular member of the team). Myself and Linda also have the biggest collection of trashy magazines in the entire world.
