As part of Datasouth’s commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service, everyone at Datasouth underwent an intense training course on “Being the Best” at the Beaulieu Hotel in the New Forest.

As part of the day, the staff discussed what customer care meant to them and suggested new ways that the company could improve it’s Total Care package and streamline its procedures to ensure that all customers always receive a consistent world class service with rapid response times.

Managing Director, Rob Maynard said “We must ensure that we always make the time to understand the needs of our clients and ensure that our approach is sympathetic to those needs. By following this process, we can deliver solutions that are over and above our client’s expectations. The result is another great web site and another satisfied customer.”

From the concept to the creation, Datasouth offer a full service with the necessary skills and manpower to produce new web sites and hosted applications from the initial concept, design and copywriting through to the programming, web hosting and promotion.
